Nothing beats a healthy diet.

Concentrate on overall fitness and maintaining a healthy heart.
Achieve the best results, eat six times a day. Try balancing your meals 70% protein and 30% carbohydrates.

Look for a combination of lean protein and healthy carbohydrates every few hours to accelerate during the day, soak up the fat burning and maintain stable energy.
Eat your proteins from lean sources (Chicken, fish, eggs, lean meat of all fat) and beans (lentils, drained Lima, in Chile or any other kind of bean)

For carbohydrates to stay away from bread and rice. Do not provide energy but are high in calories. Choose leafy vegetables, carrots, raisins, broccoli and fresh fruit. Weight train intensely, three times per week on alternating days with aerobic exercise three times a week.

Cupful of water 10 to 20 per day No SODA
Good luck!

Lift weights to gain muscle
Eat well and do burn cardio (running or biking 30 minutes a day), fat
