No disadvantages for the medication never worked for me. The only thing that worked was taking a nap .... not always practical. I had migraines twice a month and sometimes leave your job, because it was around noon unbearable. Strangely, they were often (on Saturday morning cumulative load of work ?)...
In any case, I finally told my doctor for migraines regularly devastating. He gave me a prescription for medication for migraine (sorry) not the name of the hand and it worked like a charm. The only condition was that we had early to be effective.

Certainly see pl what suits you best.
If you are in a cold country use all warm things.
Pl try cold water bath and observe if in hot country, if pain increases use warm.
When you help a cough / cold body hot water bath.
Massage and exercise before the morning sun is a good thing, pl try.
Pl try simple acupressure down there for relief.
