No votes for Outlaw? Come on! Outside the law have a good reputation for exceptional value, but it is deprived of many features of the latest high-tech (HDMI, auto-calibration, video editing, etc..) The Denon will give you more features for the money (multi-zone/source conversion to conversion), but Marantz will give better performance features it has.
