Duck Sausages Can I Use Duck Fat In Pork Sausages?

Can I use duck fat in pork sausages? - duck sausages

I am pleased to report the sausages, but I have too much fat they contain. I have lots of duck fat in the fridge ...
Can I do this? Speck is very difficult ... I'm worried about the fat duck is?

Can one really nothing go wrong with duck fat? "Lord, I love you ... especially potatoes fried in it. I do not think you should have a problem, I cut a little duck fat, as compared to lard.

Duck fat is great, but it is something very hard. I just want a little duck fat and not going to buy some lard.
